When insuring your let properties it is important to remember there are several different factors which can have an effect on the premium you pay for your landlords insurance such as the following:
  • Building and content sums insured
  • Tenant type and number
  • Property location
  • The year in which the property was built
  • Your claims history
If you wish to receive an online landlords insurance quote then simply click the quote button on the right and proceed through to our instant online quote system. If your property is located in one of the following towns then we should be able to arrange insurance for your landlords property.

When insuring your buildings as part of your landlords insurance you will need to know the rebuild value of the property, this is different from the sale price. Usually the rebuild value of a property will be lower than the sale price since even if the property was to be completely destroyed you would still own the land it sits on. However this is not always the case and sometimes the cost of rebuilding a property can be higher than the actual sale price. As a landlord you should have a survey for the property which will state the buildings sum for insurance purposes.
